All Ads will be printed in the show program (6x9) and will also be sent sporadically via email to our over 5000 email list as show promotion in the weeks preceding the show. (Sooner we get the ad, sooner it will start being advertised.)
It will also be mailed to the LCALI Membership, and distributed to all show attendees, so get your "show specials" advertised and make it irresistible! (program 6x9)

Terms & Conditions
The LCALI program facility will not be held responsible for any injury or damage incurred from cash and carry transactions. Every care will be taken to protect property during the Conference. The LCALI facility property shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage that may occur to any person or property. Exhibitors may dismantle displays after 6:00 pm on WEDNESDAY at beginning of DOT Seminar and move out according to LCALI staff direction. No Refunds will be made unless event is cancelled. EVERY VENDOR must provide the LCALI with an insurance certificate naming the LCALI as a certificate holder. Booth size will be 10'x10'. All display booth setups will be WEDNESDAY ONLY. Setup must be completed by 11:30 am. The LCALI is not responsible for weather. In case of inclement weather check the LCALI website.
